With offices located in Mackay (HQ) and Townsville; since conception CiteCon have proven their place in the market by successfully delivering high-quality building projects; by forming complementary and collaborative relationships with clients and key contract services.

Partnering with public, private, government (local & state), mining and commercial sectors; CiteCon have the capacity to deliver design, project-manage, commercial and civil construction, installation of infrastructure and maintenance solutions across Queensland.

CiteCon was established by third-generation builder Brad Gardner after identifying a gap in the mining and construction industries for building projects in the Mackay, Whitsunday, and Bowen Basin Regions; and now extends its services to Northern, Central and Southern Queensland.

Grandson of the late Francis Gardner Snr; founder of one of Queensland’s largest construction companies Brad gained invaluable insight into the construction industry from a young age, working in the family business specialising in commercial construction.

At CiteCon we believe in investing in people and regions, through employing local workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. We are proud supporters of our Queensland community, from sporting clubs, health, charity and not for profit organisations; an important role of the company’s commitment to social responsibility.
